There is a fixed cost for attending the shoot. This is non-refundable, regardless of whether you attend, your baby swims on the day, or how good the resulting images are.

The reason for this is because, whether or not you are able to attend or regardless of how many swims your baby can do, our costs are still the same. We need to pay a set fee to hire the pool, our photographers etc which is why we unfortunately have to operate this strict policy. However, rest assured that we will do everything possible to make you feel like it's been money well spent and, whatever we have to do to get it, we end up achieving that wonderful shot for you.
